What I actually believe in.
People ask me what I'm good at, and I think they expect me to say technology.
It's not that. I've been part of a lot of teams, and none of them were ever the same. What I got good at was reading a team before trying to lead it — what it's made of, where it breaks, what nobody is saying out loud. And then seeing the whole picture, while everyone else is looking at their own piece.
But if you ask me what I actually believe in, it's simpler than that.
I believe loyalty is something you only prove when it costs you something. I believe that when someone lets you inside their business — their accounts, their money, their information — you take better care of it than they would. I believe in doing things the right way even when nobody is checking, because someone always ends up paying for the shortcut.
And I believe results aren't negotiable. Being demanding and being human are not opposites — the people I've led got both.
That's what I wanted Strateya to feel like. Not a vendor you have to manage. People who take your business personally, tell you the truth, and give you back the hours you've been losing.
